These Terms govern your use of the Asaman Appliances Repair website and the services we provide. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide dryer and vent cleaning and household appliance repair in the Bay Area. All services are performed by certified, insured technicians.
Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings submitted online are confirmed by phone within 30 minutes during business hours.
- An adult must be present at the service address for the duration of the visit.
- You may cancel or reschedule at no charge by phoning us before our technician is dispatched.
- If our technician arrives and no one is present, a trip fee may apply.
Pricing & Payment
- Quoted prices for dryer and vent cleaning are flat-rate and shown before service begins.
- Appliance repair carries a $99 diagnostic fee. This fee is waived in full if you proceed with the repair.
- If you decline to proceed with a repair after diagnosis, the $99 diagnostic fee applies.
- Payment is collected in person on completion of service. We accept Cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.
Warranty
Repairs are warranted for 30 days on labor. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or unrelated issues that develop after our visit.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
